Ownership
OmniXOAR and all of its components are the proprietary and confidential property of Bradley & Rollins. This includes, without limitation, the source code, object code, user interface and experience, the underlying concept, the data models and schemas, the detection, correlation, remediation and automation mechanics, the agent orchestration and workflows, the algorithms, and the overall system architecture.
Restrictions
Except with the prior written permission of Bradley & Rollins, no person or entity may, in whole or in part: copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, sublicense, sell or lease the software; modify, adapt or create derivative works; reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble it or otherwise attempt to derive its source code, concept, mechanics, data models or architecture; use it to build, train or design a competing or similar product, concept or architecture; or remove, obscure or alter any copyright or proprietary notice.
Confidentiality & Trade Secrets
The software and its intellectual property contain trade secrets and confidential information of Bradley & Rollins. Any person granted access shall maintain them in strict confidence and use them solely as authorized in writing.
No Warranty · Limitation of Liability
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. In no event shall Bradley & Rollins be liable for any claim, damages or other liability arising from or in connection with the software or its use.
Summary Notice
OmniXOAR, together with its concept, data models, detection, correlation, remediation and automation mechanics, agent orchestration and architecture, is the exclusive and confidential property of Bradley & Rollins. Any copy, distribution, modification, reverse-engineering or use of all or part of the software or its intellectual property, without the prior written authorization of Bradley & Rollins, is strictly prohibited.
